What are my shipping options?

At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada. We ship orders within the Continental United States via FedEx Ground service because it is the best value / service available. We also offer FedEx next day and FedEx 2day. Please call 1 877-566-3807 if you would like to use one of these options.

All orders shipped outside the U.S. will be via the United States Postal Service.

All orders for Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada should be phoned into customer service (877) 566-3807.

How many pieces are packed per carton?

Orders are shipped in cartons that can hold up to 6 pieces. It is recommended to order in intervals of 6 to get best rates. For example: 24,30,36,42,48,54,60,66,72, and so on.

Inspect your merchandise as soon as it arrives. If your product arrives damaged, keep the packaging materials and call us immediately. Please refer to our terms & conditions of sale for more information.
Shipping and Handling charges will be added to your invoice.

What is the turn around time for next day orders and 2nd day orders?

All next day orders and 2nd day orders will be processed as per the timeline below:

If order is received by 11:00am Pacific Standard Time then we will ship on the following business day. See example #1 below.

If order is received after 11:00am Pacific Standard Time then we will ship two calendar days after order is placed. See example #2 below.

Example # 1: If an order is placed on Monday at 10:45 a.m. Pacific Standard Time then the order will ship out on Tuesday.

Example #2: If an order is placed on Monday at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time then the order will ship out Wednesday.
