What is your minimum first order quantity? What is your minimum re-order quantity?

Our minimum opening order is 12 pieces and our minimum re-order amount is 12 pieces.

Do you attend trade shows?

We plan on attending as many trade shows as possible. Please see
our customer care tab for shows we will be attending.

Do you sell to the public?

Sorry, we only sell to retail businesses.

Do you create custom product?

Yes, we can create custom product and have done so for many clients. Our minimum custom order is 3,000 pieces. If you have any questions about this, you can either call us or email us for more information.

What are my shipping options?

We use FedEx to ship all our orders. Contact us for other shipping options.

What is the turn around time for next day orders and 2nd day orders?

All next day orders and 2nd day orders will be processed as per the timeline below:

If order is received by 11:00am Pacific Standard Time then we will ship on the following business day. See example #1 below.

If order is received after 11:00am Pacific Standard Time then we will ship two calendar days after order is placed. See example #2 below.

Example # 1: If an order is placed on Monday at 10:45 a.m. Pacific Standard Time then the order will ship out on Tuesday.

Example #2: If an order is placed on Monday at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time then the order will ship out Wednesday.
